When the design phase is complete we can begin the build process, we manage the full process from sourcing your components, customising all the way through to the build. The build is split into four main areas; Paint, Components, Wheels & Trim.

We handle your custom paint scheme from concept, design through to paint. We paint it on site in our purpose built studio. Click the link in the header to read more about our paint services.
Perhaps you want a specific colour, laser etched logos or name, or maybe you want further performance upgrades with upgraded chain rings, drivetrain, ceramic bearings? the list is endless.
Wheels are one of the most important upgrades to your ride. From your cycling style & discipline we will give you options to suit budget & performance building them in house.
TRIM
The final touches make all the difference, we trim your saddle with your choice of luxury grade leather or alcantara and make bar tape to match. Treating both with a hydrophobic coating.
